Speaker 1
[silence] I need glasses. I need glasses. No, my glasses. [silence] O just serial number. [silence] You gotta help me with the ladder. [silence] Hi, I'm trying to connect. I have a four, um, a four node mesh system and I'm trying to connect it to my Wi-Fi and it's not connecting. [silence] Um, will I find it on the, will I find it on the node? [silence]

Speaker 1
Okay, give me one second, let me just I have to I just have to stand on something, so give me one second. Just a step, so, mom, I mean, this is so dangerous. Uh, okay, give me one second, so you want the serial number, you said? Hello? Okay, it's can't even see it when my glasses on is I can't see it. Mom, we have a light? You have a flashlight in here? Just give me one second. I can barely see it, 5S, as in, Frank, 1-0-6, 0-5-9, 3-2-7-0-4.
01:00
Speaker 2
All of your links is no, there's a serial number. Yes.
01:00
Speaker 1
Correct. Yes. Correct. Yes. All of them are disconnected except the one that's connected to my router and that one has a solid red light.
02:00
Speaker 2
all right, let me repeat again the serial number is 254 Frank 1 0 6 0 5 9 3 2 7 04. Is that correct? all right, so your Synsis um products is model WH W 0 1. So, you have oh you mentioned you have four of this. all right. And all of these nodes are they all disconnected or showing a solid red light?
02:00
Speaker 1
yes. Yes, I did switch, uh I changed my router, my internet router. I replaced my internet router with the same router, but a a a new one. It is a Fios Quantum router. I don't believe it's a modem. It is connected with an Ethernet cable.
03:00
Speaker 2
I think uh uh that's that one is also disconnected, since it's showing a solid, red light. Did you experience a power outage or internet service interruption? Your router, uh uh Lynxis router, or your internet router? May I just confirm if the your internet box, is it a router, or a modem or a modem router type? I see.
03:00
Speaker 1
No, it comes from my internet provider. Verizon Fios. It's just a router. Correct, and when I had it connected to my other router, which was the same, it was, it connected fine, it had a green dot, but now this, it will not connect again.
04:00
Speaker 2
I see, so a dot router doesn't come from your internet provider, it's a separate one. Who's your internet service provider, ma'am? No they Oh, is it only a router or there's some modem box? Oh, So your Linksys router is connected to that router provided by Verizon Giga correct? Yes, because previously you were able to set it up with your previous Ap. Yeah. router, but now that you have changed, you have a new router, so you will need to set it up again. So we'll do a reconfiguration on your Linksys router including the other three wireless nodes. So I need you first to gather all three wireless nodes near your parent node, the Linksys router that is connected to your internet provider router. Sure. It's right here. You're welcome. That's fine. While waiting for
04:00
Speaker 1
Yes. I am Karen KAN it's no. No. That's funny. It's a Albany ALB A N E S E yes yes no it's not yes it's K I K I one two two eight at verizon.net
06:00
Speaker 2
or the gathering of your nodes. May I have your name? Karen, and your last name? Carpenter. Yes. Karen Albanese. it's not Karen Carpenter. All right. All right. And Karen, may I have your email address?
06:00
Speaker 1
It's actually K- I-K-I, Kiki. 12? Yes. Hold on. Antab do you have your your your node? No, I want to take it, I need it. I'm trying to see if you can come down. I'm sorry, I'm almost out of time trying to find these things. You want to connect this to something for them? And to have just grab this I gotta go. Thank you. Yeah, that's okay. She doesn't You don't need me to have the plugs too with all the nodes do you?
07:00
Speaker 2
all right K I 122. at Verizon dotnet I see you. at what what what what what what what what, uh Uh, I.
07:00
Speaker 1
I don't know I don't. I can't we can't grab all four plugs. I have I do, but I don't have four. So can we can we do them individually all with the same power outlet? Okay. Okay. I thought you only have four. You have five? Yeah, that one. Oh, we have five and
08:00
Speaker 2
We need to turn them on so that we'll know their light status, the color of the light.
08:00
Speaker 1
It looks like we have five nodes. The one, the main one, and four. Okay, so we can, yeah, so we can plug in, hold on. Okay, okay. Okay, that's fine. Okay, I've got, I've got two plugged in. One has a blue light that's plugged directly into the plug and the one that's plugged into the router has a red light. I have, I have the original one plugged into the ethernet cable plugged into the router. It's connected to, um,.
09:00
Speaker 2
you can just plug into first and we'll just uh add the other to uh later What do you mean plug into your router? Uh Her router uh okay let's just let's just uh so we don't get confused let's call your internet connection the internet [music] when if it keeps disconnecting it's it's usually two things okay ( [computer] ) [silence] hey um who's that ( [computer] ) [silence] something said grandpa [silence] you're kind of mean to your dad you're you're fighting here we're all busy ( [music] )
09:00
Speaker 1
Okay. Okay. So I have, I have the, okay. I need a thing to, to hit the record button. Okay. Okay. Okay. That's perfect. We'll pause time. That's fine. That's perfect. Yes. A solid red light. [silence]
10:00
Speaker 2
Provider router as Internet box are yeah. And then okay, let's confirm it first now. So your router from your Verizon FIOS, let's call it Internet router or just Verizon. And then your Airport EXTreme, main one that's connected to your Verizon, let's call it the parent node. And then four wireless, let's call them child wireless nodes, okay? Okay. So, your parent node is connected to your Verizon and it's showing a what light color? All right. And the other two child nodes, you have plugged them to a
10:00
Speaker 1
I only have one child node plugged in. so you have, oh you plugged them? I got. two, yeah, two. okay, yes, I have blue. I have two child nodes plugged into the outlet and they're both solid blue. No, one just turned. one just turned. did you what? Why? I just put it up there. all right, one's red and one's blue. it's solid blue, right mom? yes, yes. should I reset it? yeah, I'm sure.
11:00
Speaker 2
a solid blue, or blinking blue. Oh, that's weird, because your parent node is showing a solid red. So since these four nodes are small nodes, they should automatically lose connection since your parent node, the main router itself, is disconnected. So all of your child nodes should be showing a solid red or a blinking red light. Uh are you sure? All right, hold on. Are you sure it's a
11:00
Speaker 1
It is blue blue.
12:00
Speaker 2
All right. Uh, let's do since we're going to do a reconfiguration on your notes. So, we will just do a reset on them. First, reset your parent node. The parent node. No, no need to unplug. Just press and hold its reset button. And check the light, once you see that its light goes off, you can let go of, or release holding the reset button.
12:00
Speaker 1
Okay. It's not doing anything. And it's solid blue maybe. I don't have the button pushed in enough. Now it's solid. Yeah. All right, wait. Let me see.
13:00
Speaker 2
So you will notice, while pressing and holding the reset button, its light will flash brightly. It will pulse dimly three times, it will flash brightly again until its light goes off. And that's the time you release holding the reset button. [silence] it's solid blue. Try to press and hold the reset button because I think the reset button on that links.
13:00
Speaker 1
I know, I don't really have anything. That's probably better. Okay, okay. One second. This is perfect, I think. Okay, now it's flashing red. Okay. Okay. Okay, it's off. So, now I can let it go. Okay. Okay. I'm going to do the, I'm going to do the blue one first.
14:00
Speaker 2
mode is too small you may need a pointed object because you need to press and hold the reset button and okay just wait for its light to go to turn off okay let let go uh let just wait for its light to turn back on while waiting for that let's do a reset on your two child nodes Let's plug in. Yes,
14:00
Speaker 1
OK. This blue. Blue button will not, it's not even resetting. I'm going away and unplug it and plug it back in first.
15:00
Speaker 2
So, just like before, press and hold. You will notice its light will flash bright red. It will pulse dimly three times and then flash bright red again until the light goes off. And then you release, okay. Make sure you are pressing and holding the reset button because if it's not properly pressed and held, it may not reset. Use a paper clip or a pointed object to press the reset button.
15:00
Speaker 1
it's not even resetting, I'm gonna try and turn it off, yeah, maybe it's, maybe this one's just busted. because it's not, it's blue, solid blue, and no matter how hard I pressed the reset, it's not, I mean, I'm pushing on it with all my might and I didn't have to, it's not not doing anything. So maybe just, maybe this node is not No, it's just, remember I told you there was one that was solid blue. And it's, it's just solid blue no matter what, so I unplugged it, plugged it back in, it's solid blue. I pressed the reset button a million times, pushed it in, held it. It's not doing anything. So maybe this node is broken.
16:00
Speaker 2
So, it's not even blinking, it's light. Mhm. Yeah. Even if you unplug it from the power outlet, uh, it [silence]
16:00
Speaker 1
uh, no, when I unplug it, this light goes off. Right. And now the main my main node was solid blue and now it just turns red again. Yeah, this one's not changing color. Yeah. Yeah. And this one's blue too. Let's see if I can reset it. If not, maybe I got to change the power cord. Maybe it's the power cord.
17:00
Speaker 2
it still solid blue. And then when you plug it, it goes solid blue. It doesn't blink first. Okay, that's fine. Uh so that that one the problematic, the problematic one the solid blue, I think Uh you need to um put it away first because I think there's a problem with its LED. Uh since it's not responding to the normal light behavior it should have. So let's put another child node Uh on the power outlet.
17:00
Speaker 1
yeah, I am, I am, but now that's the second one that I plugged in that's solid blue and it won't reset, so. no, it quad's that one. What do you mean? The power cord's plugged in? No, right? That's the power quad. So I'm going to I'm going to do the red one. Let's reset the red one. This one should go. This one's going. Okay, so this one reset. Can I um can can I unplug it or leave it plugged in, the reset one? Yeah, now I have two solid blue.
18:00
Speaker 2
says you're using the power cord that's provided to you by the lynchis when you first bought the car. [silence] [silence] pardon um the other one that has a solid blue that doesn't uh blink. can you remove that first?
18:00
Speaker 1
that don't blink. That one is not the cord that's in it. Oh, it's not the right cord? No. That one, you came with no cord on it. Yeah, but I don't think it should matter. So what cord does it go through? This one goes to the solid blue one. Yeah, but it should matter. Everything we plug into this cord turns solid blue. So maybe it's the cord. Do you have another cord? I'll go in and get it. Well, you didn't bring your showerboard. No, you didn't bring you brought that without a cord. We have only one cord. That doesn't that's not right. There may go on hold on. Just wait a second. Let me see what happens if I plug this cord in. Do you need to now replug it? Yeah, these things are all staying solid blue. I had only two that reset. Everything else is solid blue. And it won't even reboot. Yeah, they do. I'm using it of the Linksys power cord that came with them, but they're not resetting them. Like I'm holding. They are, they are, they're probably plugged the light is solid blue. And when I hit the reset, when I hit the reset, it doesn't it doesn't reset like it doesn't do anything. There's some of them. So, three of them, three out of four, three out of four won't reset and they were fine.
19:00
Speaker 2
So those, uh, solid bro, they don't have their own power chord adapter? [silence] Can you check, uh, if they're properly plugged, the power chord adapter, properly plugged and [silence] [silence] Okay, uh just, uh, remove that first. [silence] Uh so [silence] You already did a reset.
20:00
Speaker 1
Okay. Yeah, okay, I didn't. Yeah, same. I've tried it already three times. It goes solid blue. Okay. Yes, it was, but I unplugged it. Should I plug it back in and reset it again? Okay.
21:00
Speaker 2
Can you turn off the power switch at the bottom of that node? Turn off the power switch, and then turn it back on. Okay? So, when you turn it off and then turn it back on the power switch, did it like blink blue first or it go solid blue? Okay. I think there's problem with the LED of your three nodes. So, let's focus first on the other child nodes. Uhm. Was was it properly reset, the other child nodes? No, since you have already reset it half-plugged it back to power outlet.
21:00
Speaker 1
It's not solid. Maybe I gotta wait. They're all, they're all solid blue. Every one is now it's blinking. So maybe it just needed time. Maybe they all need time. Okay, so this one is flashing. They're all solid blue. Okay, so the node that we reset is blinking blue. Okay.
22:00
Speaker 2
No. it should be blinking blue. Yes. Usually when you unplug a node and then plug it back in its light status should be blinking blue which means they are starting up. Hmm. Yes. Uh, the normal behavior, the normal light behavior of a node that is unplugged and plug back in is that it will first start to blink blue. [silence] Okay, so let's just wait for it to like turn back to a solid uh, red. The Yeah. Okay. I need you to check at the bottom of that child node, the product label sticker. There's a Wi-Fi name of that child node. Can you check on that?
22:00
Speaker 1
yes. Okay. yeah. where's your phone? no, yeah. what are you talking about? I have, I have my phones. give me the phones right there. give me your phone. oh, I didn't know you had my phone. I'm sorry. can you repeat? So I need to go on my phone to my Wi-Fi. yes. okay, I found it. should I connect it? Okay. yes. the parent node. Let me check. yes, I have. I have both. I have both.
24:00
Speaker 2
Take note of that Wi-Fi name because you need to check on your phone, go to your phone Wi-Fi settings and check on the list of available Wi-Fi. Yeah, on your phone or go to the Wi-Fi settings. And then, I don't know, check on the list of available Wi-Fi network. Can you see the Wi-Fi name of your child node there? What about the Wi-Fi name of your parent node? Yeah, check on the bottom of your parent node it should have a default Wi-Fi.
24:00
Speaker 1
Yes. You mean that for inode? Uh no. No. I'm doing it right now. Just leave it for now. Turn it off and then turn it back on. Was that flashing? I think that was. Okay. Now turn it back on. And just leave it for a second and see if it starts flashing cuz sometimes it takes a sec.
25:00
Speaker 2
so on your list of available wifi network there are two wifi name from your parent node and your child node and no other wifi network name listed yeah the four nodes no wifi name are showing okay Did you plug one of the solid blue child nodes back to a power outlet? yes so while waiting for that uh problematic child nodes to blink its blue light let's set
25:00
Speaker 1
Yeah, that'll be great. 5, 2. OK. one second. OK. I'm going to turn that now. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. I did it. It's not. Should I try it again? OK.
26:00
Speaker 2
right, up your parent node and the other child node, okay? Okay, you will have to press the reset button on your parent node five times within five seconds. parent node reset button five times. All right, just wait. Your parent node light should start blinking. No, no, just wait. just have to wait. [silence]
26:00
Speaker 1
All right. I mean, it's not blinking. I don't know how long you want me to wait. I repeat
27:00
Speaker 2
because maybe it's still on loading the if after a minute or two your parent node slide is still not blinking then you may have to do the five press method again. Make sure you properly press the reset button five times. Okay, do it again.
27:00
Speaker 1
okay... one, two . Now it is flashing. Okay. Thank you so much for your patience. No. We plugged in. Yeah, that's we have three of them. And this one is still.
28:00
Speaker 2
The parent node reset button, but make sure you are pressing the reset button and five times, press, release, press, release, press, release. Uh, that should be five times. Okay, that's good. So let's just wait for its light hopefully to turn solid blue or green. Ah, it's my pleasure to see you. Now, can you check on the other problematic child node. Did its light start to blink? The one that has a solid blue. Yeah. So to press and hold it a longer time. Just keep pressing on it until its light goes off. [silence] Okay, that's good. It's connected and online. Okay. that's good. It means it was able to communicate with your parent node. Hopefully it will turn solid green or blue.
28:00
Speaker 1
The child note is still blinking red. Okay. Okay, and I'm, you know, they're not, they're not letting me. So I'm, I'm, I'm starting to think maybe it's the power cord that might have a problem. So my mom would go find one of the other power cords.
31:00
Speaker 2
Okay, that's fine, because usually adding a child node would take four to six minutes. So let's just wait patiently, okay? While waiting, you can do a reset on the other problematic child nodes. Yeah. [silence]
31:00
Speaker 1
Oh, the child node is green. Yes, that is good. Hmm. Okay. It's same incorrect password. I don't.
32:00
Speaker 2
Okay, that's great. So you, that child note is already added to your parent node, so it's also connected and online. Now, current, you just need to connect your phone to the WiFi name of your parent node, because that will be the main WiFi name for all your nodes. Make sure that the WiFi password is the one that's indicated on your parent node, the default WiFi password.
32:00
Speaker 1
um my my parent node is VELP-SETUP-1E5 and when I click on it it says authenticating wait you know what and it says incorrect password hold on it's not letting me hold on okay
33:00
Speaker 2
[audio cuts out]
33:00
Speaker 1
Okay, maybe. Mom, did you touch something from those new wires? I'm trying to, next to that parent node. Wow, it's giving me a blue question mark, and it says incorrect password. Passwords are case sensitive, but it's not giving me it keeps that it's not the broken one? No, no. No. No. Oh, so, oh, I see the password. No, I see the password, but it's not giving me an option to put a password in.
34:00
Speaker 2
Maybe just need to refresh. And then... Check not... Check your parent node because it's the Wi-Fi password is on the product label of your parent node.
34:00
Speaker 1
I'm trying to, and then it just goes to authenticating, but it doesn't let me, oh, now it went in. I don't know why all of a sudden. Okay. I'm going to try and see if I can see it. Not yet. I've got to type it in. Okay. I have connected.
35:00
Speaker 2
click, click on the Wi-Fi name. So what, so you're connected already, eto the parent node Wi-Fi name.
35:00
Speaker 1
yes yeah Hold on. Mom, what are you doing? It's flashing. Is it flashing? No, it's not doing a thing. It's not even turning on? Nope. Oh. You can see that plug? You can just uh, the club? That's not one. Wait, you have it plugged in? Yeah. Why is it not giving it any power? I don't know. Unless you just gotta wait. No, it should've turned on already. Don't keep on plugging it. You, is it plugged in? It's plugged in. It's a new iPad, isn't it? Or a new iPad Pro? [silence] Give a second. It looks like it's off. Wait. It's turned off. Push the brighten button. Wait, no. The little button underneath. Oh. Yeah, maybe it doesn't work. Maybe it's out of battery. Maybe it's broken. So weird. Maybe it's really dead. Can you see if the charging thing is flashing? No, it's not. That's a bad one. Right? Bad one. It's not working. It needs to be in a charging port, not the plug-in. You try it.
36:00
Speaker 2
okay. So it's connected and online, secured. Okay. Try to open a website on your phone, Facebook, YouTube, any website you visit to confirm that you have internet.
36:00
Speaker 1
No. That's all. is on. is off. Yeah. there is another plug down here. Do you want me to change the plug? I'm so confused right now. I have no idea why all of a sudden now they're not even turned lighting off. Um, okay. you want me to go to a website on my phone? yes? OK I'm in. Great. OK.
37:00
Speaker 2
Check the power switch, maybe the power switch is off at the bottom of the node. Try to toggle the power switch at the bottom. Yes, open a website, Google, Yahoo, Facebook. All right. So, you can access your internet. So, it means uh your two nodes are already configured successfully. So, the child node that has turned uh to a solid green light, you can relocate that back to where you want to place it or where it's originally placed. [ silence ]
37:00
Speaker 1
and it'll connect automatically. Okay. I'll leave the link systems... Yeah, I'll leave the link systems...
38:00
Speaker 2
Because that's already connected. Mm-hmm. Yeah, you can connect all your devices. But you need to connect to the parent node's Wi-fi name, and the password is also the parent node's Wi-fi password. Now, if you want to edit the Wi-fi name and password, you can do that by accessing your router's default IP address, which is 192.168.1.1. Or you could also, if you have the Linksys app, we could also try that, but I don't know. You can try that, but I don't know if it will work because usually, these models you have, the WHW series is no longer supported by the Linksys app because of an update with its firmware. But let
38:00
Speaker 1
[KEEP_UNCERTAIN] OK. So, I'm going to OK. Yeah, I'm just going to clear the data in my linksys app to open it fresh. OK. It's looking for internet first. I think it connected right away. So, I'm going to log in.
39:00
Speaker 2
it to check the cancers.
39:00
Speaker 1
Nothing mom? Well, but leave it because sometimes it takes a second for it to go blink. It says securely creating an account and I'm just waiting. Uh, it says I already have an account and they're asking me to login. I thought obviously. What do you mean? Uh, no, I have an account already. I'm just logging in. Well, if right now it's saying linking to your account. This could take up to a minute, but it's going pretty quick. Creating login. [silence]
40:00
Speaker 2
you don't talk uh i don't i what does it say first on your app because i think you can skip that uh creating an account i see and when you log in what does it says
40:00
Speaker 1
access. Your account is linked. So, uh now it says to enter my wifi name. Should I match it to the one that's in my house? Hello. Okay, it's configuring my wifi network. Mom, they take a second to start blinking if it's blue, is that one blue also? Yes. Okay, just leave them plugged in, for now. Okay. This is still configuring my Wi-Fi network. It's halfway done. I chose the Wi-Fi network that my Verizon is used by. Did I make a mistake? Because now my child node is flashing red again. But maybe 'cause it's configuring because the parent node is still green. It says Wi-Fi network created. Now let's connect to your new Wi-Fi. Tap next. It says it looks like you're not connected to your new Wi-Fi. Please follow the steps above. So I have to go and do the
41:00
Speaker 1
No, it didn't tell me to select, it told me to rename it. It made me rename it. So now I'm just going to connect to that. Okay, I'm connected. I'm connected to it. And now let me go back to linksys. Now it says, please wait. Okay. Where is this node? I guess, uh, garage. It should be in the garage. No, it's doing, okay, it's configuring the network. Success, the node was set up properly, and now
43:00
Speaker 2
I think you should select the Wi-Fi name of your links as router. Okay, connect to that. connect to that Wi-Fi.
43:00
Speaker 1
Should I click add a node? Cause my child node is flashing red. OK. Add a node. OK. N next. Yes. OK. And this one is. I think the other nodes should be unplugged. I don't know. OK. So, it says waking up my node. And now my my child node is still flashing red. So, it says to just give it a few minutes. S flashing. Wait a
44:00
Speaker 2
Yes, try to add a node, see if it will. Your parent node is still showing a solid green light.
44:00
Speaker 1
Leave. Leave that. what one? Leave for the floor. um, clean. If we can, get two. I'll be. happy with two. Yeah. Do you want that one down in the back? Yeah. That raised, she don't need it. It's working fine. And you know quite upstairs and the lower of the house? Okay, where it was. And she's working fine in about that, one house. I don't know. It's okay. It's straight. Okay. The child note just turned solid green, but it's still it's still working. The app. It's still working. Yeah. Yes.
45:00
Speaker 2
But it's already good. the CHP, two nodes are connected uh configured successfully. so the three nodes you have you may have to check are the power code adapter if it's not faulty and then uh to check the power outlet where you
45:00
Speaker 1
We did. We changed the outlets. We changed the plugs, and all of them are just solid blue when they're plugged in. Is there any way to replace them? Okay. Would I be able to connect different nodes to the already working nodes? You have a compatible node. [silence]
46:00
Speaker 2
plug the power card adapter. So, I think uh there is an issue with those nodes. They're LED or it could be a hardware issue. Uh, I'm afraid we can no longer uh replace that if you ask for links or placement because your nodes are already out of warranty. They're no longer eligible for replacement or returns.
46:00
Speaker 1
Or aren't you? Yeah. Okay. Okay. Okay. And if I do get if if I do get the other nodes working, do I just do. Oh just unplug the node you're trying to set up and plug it in closer to another node. But I I don't want to should I unplug it because it's green.

You mean to say if you want to add to your two workings node, two nodes to your parent node, just make sure they are also the same model, then they can find So long as it's a mesh node then you can add it to your series. But your tree. Yeah, go on. No, the you know, if it's already added, I think it's

Speaker 1
Yeah, well, it won't let me out of this. Okay. so Um, um so now the app is trying to log in. Let's see if I can get a notification when the child goes offline.
48:00
Speaker 2
[silence] trying to look for other child nodes. So I think you could uh end that finish the setup on your app because the child node is already added it's already showing a solid green. I think that instruction is yeah that instruction is for the other child note that it's trying to connect. Uh it will not connect because your three child nodes are not showing the solid pink, purple or red light that they're ready for a setup.
48:00
Speaker 1
uh, okay, so, it's showing that it's online, but it's not showing any notes, like, it's only showing, like, it's not giving me the option to see my note. You know what I'm saying? I don't I don't think so, because before, when it was connected, before we had the problem, it wasn't showing my notes either. Yeah.

Speaker 2
AI Yeah. Um, AI Mhm. Yes. Then uh it could be as I've mentioned uh before, these WHW model hub actually have made some changes. It, uh updated, its system and they no longer support the Linksys app. That's why uh as I mentioned to you [silence] A AI

my my nodes will. Right, so my, so is there any, is there any type of, oh wait, it says there's an important update available. Maybe that'll help. Oh, it's a firmware update. Right. Is there, is there any way to, um, control the nodes? Is there any other way or they're just, uh, discontent? So I would go to my Fios gateway, but I didn't see my Linksys there. Do you know where they would have I would find them?
50:00
Speaker 2
it will work or no longer on the links is up? but it's just a form. So with the but app, as I mentioned, the app is no longer supported by the w H W series model. So there is but it's not through the app it's through the web, user interface of your router. The one I said 192, 168 01. As I've said, you just need to open a web browser and type in 192 168 01.
50:00
Speaker 1
yes and then it brings up my my verizon router and when I log into that um I don't see the Linksys or you're saying that it will appear there Yeah, it's doing the firmware update, so but that's okay. I think this is good for now for two and then we'll try and get the other ones working. But if so, you think
51:00
Speaker 2
Okay, so if it's not directing you to your Linksys router, it means that the main gateway is your internet provider, which is Verizon. So you can check on the app if you can see your nodes there. Yeah. Yeah. But I recommend... [silence]
51:00
Speaker 1
yeah yeah oh okay okay okay
52:00
Speaker 2
I recommend, Karen, that you upgrade your nodes because the models you have is already too old. I think by this year, it will already reach its end of support, or next year. So it's better to upgrade your Linksys router to the latest Linksys router we have because I've checked it, the life cycle phase will end next year 2027 and some are in 2028. So it's just two years and they will be phased out. Their firmware security updates will no longer be available.
52:00
Speaker 1
[silence] Yeah. Right. right, get get new old ones. Okay. Thank you so much. You guys are yes, you guys are always so very helpful. I really appreciate your patience.

They have reached their end of life cycle. So it's better to upgrade your Linux. But your two nodes that we are able to set up, they're still working. But if you want to add a new node, then it's better to get newer nodes, not the same models we did, WEAW. Hm. Yes. Alright. You're welcome. It's a pleasure to assist you, Karen. And you're always welcome to call us again for assistance. If ever you have new nodes to set up or if there are any issues again with your router, you can always call us back.
