the modem is still the same, the router didn't receive internet connection um again there are things that we can do right now here is, is first is we can um like contact your um internet provider and verify with them the internet connection. OK, or that could be that we need to connect a computer straight to the modem to really check that there is an active internet even though the light on the modem is like all lit up. We need to check if there's an active internet. Uh the um, there by the way, just to test if the cable that plugged in between the wireless router and your modem. Uh, make sure it's plugged in on both devices.
