That's why the Wi-Fi capability or the wireless capability on this router got disabled or it's not working at all. The thing with this router, it doesn't have any wireless light, so we really cannot tell if the Wi-Fi is working or not. So we cannot perform any firmware update since there's no available firmware for this one, ma'am. So, the only thing, the only devices that can work with this router are your wired devices, wired computers. If the wireless capability on the router is already corrupted, it got disabled or it got turned off. It's not functional.
