I issue which is intermittent and that's why it is so difficult to get a hold of any remedial action very easily. Um, I've spent about a week with the people who provide the, um, modem, which is Spectrum. Uh, and the issue is that it intermittently drops the Wi-Fi. And the the the modem looks perfect. The, the green lights are there. The the wiring is done, has been checked many times by Spectrum. And most of the time, the Wi-Fi is working wonderfully. And one of the things they suggested was maybe the firmware of the router may need to be updated. So that's what I'm calling. Is there a way you can check? to ensure that the firmware on the the Linksys router that I have is up the date, because I thought it would automatically update, but they told me no, it does not automatically update.
