Internet, which is Spectrum and I bought a new one thinking that it might be quicker and and what not. But since I disconnected my older one and reconnected the new one I cannot get the internet to connect to my router, so what I did, I called Spectrum and got one of their routers, but I gotta pay for that monthly. So I still do have your Linksys, brand-new router, and Spectrum told me they gave me your customer service phone number because I couldn't find it anywhere on the package and with my pamphlet here. But they told me I should call you and you should be able to walk me through to get it working. I'm just curious, is there any reason why it would not connect? I mean, I went through the, you know, the options and I reset and all that, just like I did with the old router, and I can't get it to work. [silence]

Because uh to tell you... that router you're using, uh the reason it may no longer be It's having an issue or setting it up. It's because that router is a very old type Linksys router. It comes from E series router and that router was manufactured uh last uh 2021 and it has already uh it's no longer manufactured or sold by Linksys last 2023 because that router is using an older technology and also yeah. Yeah, the best solution is to return that to where you purchased it. If it's still two weeks I think uh that's still eligible for return or replacement. Replace that for something newer because
