00:00
Speaker 1
Oh, actually, you know what? Did get a number from her yesterday. I think it was yeah. Let's see. Thank you. Yes, you're ready? LTS 001-33667. Yes. No, 00. Yeah, 001-3-667.
01:00
Speaker 1
Bob, like, yes. yes, yes it is. All right. [silence]
02:00
Speaker 2
and am I speaking to Mr. uh Bob Flick? and your phone number sir is BRFboy at gmail.com and your uh phone number is uh 972 3223932 and should you call us back in the future you can use this phone number as a means for us to pull up your record and also the serial number to one of those notes is ending 3 1 4 7 and uh give me at least uh five to uh just three to five minutes to backtrack and the ticket so that will be in the same pager one moment
02:00
Speaker 2
I see... issue presented here is no internet connection and you were advised to call your internet service provider... and yeah, how is it sir? Is there a confirmation that the modem is fine now? [silence] okay. now, um just wanna um verify if... beside this part here, there is a desktop and I guess it's too far from the modem. Is that correct, sir? Okay. Hmm. And, okay, well, anyway, uh, uh, yeah, uh, we normally advise our customers to call internet service provider, uh, to confirm the modem is working fine, but in our end, uh, if there is a computer that we can wire, that would be great. But it's okay, I'm not asking you to do that. Um, since you've spoken to them already, we're gonna, uh, proceed. However, if, uh, it's not gonna be online, um, uh, well we're gonna check the modem, sir, okay? So, just to check the physical connection, so, uh, I guess you're in front of the parent node, sir. We have a cable to the parent node, yellow port, the line yellow, and the other end, goes to the modem.
03:00
Speaker 1
Hold on a minute. Uh, well, it looks like there's just, uh, I guess, I don't know if that's even an ethernet. Uh, it looks like there's just the one coming out of the modem going to the, uh parent node. there's a there's a green pardon. Yes, that agree. It's got a green power line going into it. I guess it is. I'm assuming that's the power or not, not power, not electrical power, but, uh line coming. Yeah.
05:00
Speaker 2
and from the modem how many ethernet ports does it have sir one or two I see I see no Bob I say so there's there's one oh ethernet port I guess you're seeing another port there is a bit small okay so that's not an ethernet port phone can oh yeah
05:00
Speaker 1
Right now they're both solid blue. Yeah, I may have messed that up whenever, what was it yesterday? Last night I was thinking that maybe the service was back up, so I was trying to do some of the same stuff he was having me do, and I probably screwed it all up. So we probably need to do it over again. I saw the blue lights, and I thought it was working, but I'm not pulling up any, no websites are opening up or anything like that.
06:00
Speaker 2
All right. Anyway, let's go back to the pair node, Bob. Um, right now, the pair node, uh, what's the LED status there? Is it purple, is it red, is it blinking blue or solid blue? Solid blue right now. Solid blue means there's Internet for this modem. Okay? [silence] I see. Thank you for that. I was waiting for that description. Yeah. There were some cases like [silence]
06:00
Speaker 1
Well, I've got what just the phone that I'm talking to you on, but what is it you're warning? It's an iPhone. Uh, yeah, I got Wi-Fi here. It says not connected.
07:00
Speaker 2
I like that Bob even though the node is solid blue, there's no internet. But before we go to the um configuration process, okay? I like to know this ahead of time. I wanna know if the network name is broadcasting. Okay. And um uh, is there a phone a laptop that we can use just to check the the the the network names available, sir? Maybe it's there or not. Uh the Wi-Fi name is broadcasting. Is that an iPhone or Android, phone, sir? Can we go to the settings, go to Wi-Fi or wireless?
07:00
Speaker 1
Oh, yeah. There's Bellco, Bellco setup C69. Yes. That's the number, uh, the name on the bottom of the node. No, it's, it's, she had me bring it in here to be next to the other one, so I could, you know, we could deal with both of them, you know, when, when we needed to.
08:00
Speaker 2
Okay. Uh, it's. Uh, okay. it's okay if it's not connected. Um, I just want to know if you're seeing your wi-fi name. Like uh where you want to connect to the network? Is it uh there or not there? Or perhaps you have uh a velup setup name that you see there? Okay. Um, I see. Now, uh, I have a one question with that. Now, you have two nodes here, that would mean the other one is the child node. Did you reset that one? Or it currently is unplugged there? Um, in the back. Um, so currently I was like resetting or unplugged? Um, it's resetting or unplugged? Um, it's not connected. Is that right? Since it's not connected, okay, Got it. Um, yeah. So we can just disconnect child note for now, to avoid confusion later? Bob?
08:00
Speaker 1
All right. I've unplugged the cord out of the back of it. Are you talking, are you. Are you talking about the Velo setup C69. Or are you talking about something else? Sure. Uh. Just, well, I've got like I said, the Velo setup 69, the C69 is there. The only one that other one it the only other one it's showing is the sound sound bar setup. So I guess I've got a sound bar.
09:00
Speaker 2
okay now can you check again the phone uh if that link is his name is there or not if it's there can you turn on uh turn off and on the Wi-Fi of the phone I hope we will not be disconnected yes I'm asking about two names the previous name before this problem started or the link sys name that you just saw is it still there it's there oh okay Okay.
09:00
Speaker 1
I'm in the dining room, I guess that's what that is. But that's the only thing that's the, you know, They're on the same power strip. Okay.
10:00
Speaker 2
I see. To reset the uh, parent node, Bob. Okay, but before we do this, uh, I have a question. The parent node and your modem, of course, they have uh, power adapters, right? Uh, are they in the same power outlet, or power strip, or a separator? Perfect. Perfect, because um, here's what we're going to do later. I'll be giving you instruction uh, to reset the parent node, and once we're done, I'll be asking you to unplug and replug the power cord of the modem. Again, uh, unplug and replug right away, no need to wait for a couple of seconds, okay? Now, let's go to the parent node, and to reset this one, it's kind of different too.
10:00
Speaker 1
because it's starting to push it right. all right. Now it's flashing red.
11:00
Speaker 2
You know the standard, usually does 15 seconds. But for this one, okay. I'm going to give you a a now. Underneath the Peart node. There is a reset button. You're going to press and hold the reset button. Don't let go. Okay. The light will start to flicker. Flicker, flicker, flicker. And it will be off, meaning no light during that time. Don't let go of the reset button. Wait for the solid blue. And that's the time that you're going to let go of the reset button. And let me know if you see the solid blue. Yes, sir. You even though it's solid blue right now. Okay, it's going to flicker, flicker. Just keep pushing until it gets off. When it's off.
11:00
Speaker 1
Okay, it's alright. Well, it came back, it was off, and then I let go of it, so I need to start over again. Okay. Okay, blue blinking, fading, still holding, still blue, blue fading, blue in and out. Well, now it's staying on blue blue, blue fading in and out.And [silence]
12:00
Speaker 2
Don't let go of the reset button. Wait for the solid blue... ...when it's still on. When it's off, don't let go, but when you see the solid blue, let go of the reset button. [silence] Uh, okay. [silence] One moment.
12:00
Speaker 1
Still blue fading in and out okay all right it's gone to [silence]
13:00
Speaker 2
Okay. Uh, let's go to the reset button, because, uh, it's not blue, because, um, it's rebooting right now. Alright, what's the color now?
13:00
Speaker 1
What pink purple whatever that is. Yeah. All right, solid blue now. [silence]
14:00
Speaker 2
Okay, you may proceed to unplug and replug the power cord of the modems there. Just unplug it and replug right away. All right. I know it's a tricky, Bob. Okay, uh that's my troubleshooting plan, um and it works for me for many years. So what we're doing is that we're doing a complete power cycle to the port of the ParRot node and to your modem as well. So, uh we're gonna wait for the two devices to reboot and we will know um if the parent node is ready 'cause it will go back to that purple magenta color. Okay. For the modem side, okay, I'm not trained for it. I don't know um when the modem is ready, but usually,
15:00
Speaker 1
It looks like it might be ready now, because the three lights that are usually on, are on. [silence] What the, the top two are always solid green, the bottom one is green, and it flashes sometimes, and it's doing the flashing thing now. [silence] It wasn't doing that before, so the replugging may have, uh, may have done that for it. [silence] And yeah, the, uh, parent mode is, pink, purple, whatever. [silence]
16:00
Speaker 2
You devices reboot around two or three minutes. So, I'm gonna assume, um, by that time, the modem is ready, unless if you have way to know that the modem is working fine.
16:00
Speaker 1
Are you there? Yeah. [silence]
17:00
Speaker 2
Yes sir is back to purple okay so we're gonna do a five breath method Bob okay
17:00
Speaker 1
OK. One, two, three, four, five. Now the light is white. Fading in and out, white. [silence]
18:00
Speaker 2
So if the modem, um, uh, modem is ready that would be great. Um, okay? And um, the five press method can be done, like tapping the parent nodes reset button, five times. Just like how you punch the number on your phone, the rhythms is one, two, three, four, five, okay? Just the reset button. It's blinking white. Okay, now we want, uh,
18:00
Speaker 1
All right, still, still fading in and out, white. Now, it went, nope, trying to show blue, but now it's fading white again. And it's solid blue for the past few seconds.
19:00
Speaker 2
for this model, when it's getting internet connection, it's gonna be a solid blue cir okay solid blue, just like earlier, but the only difference is that there's no internet, but this time, um, uh, hopefully we can get that stable. is it still doing it under until now? Or change color? [silence]
19:00
Speaker 1
Nope, it's still solid blue. Oh, okay. Still in settings. Yeah, settings and, uh, Wi-Fi. And what am I looking for now? Yeah, I still have Bell 79. Click on it what?
20:00
Speaker 2
All right, now we just reset this one Bob, and I'd like you to go back to your cell phone again. Go to the settings, go to Wi-Fi. Now, you just unplugged the child mode earlier that eliminates another default name. So I'm sure the only name that you're going to see there is the Wi-Fi name or the default name for the parent node. Can we go to your phone? Hmm. Uh IPhone settings, sir. Yeah. A name that saysاهي, something like that. Okay. I'd like you to uh click on it. Join. Uh Join on it, sir. Connect to it. [silence]
20:00
Speaker 1
Well, it's waiting for a password, I guess. Hold on, KPCGHK P-KBCGBM IOC.
21:00
Speaker 2
Oh, the password for that man is the one underneath the parentheses.
21:00
Speaker 1
it's up top by the Wi-Fi with a check marks to it. Does that mean it's good? I guess I guess it's got a check next to it. [silence] alright, it's plugged in [silence] I guess it's Wi-Fi because uh it's not wired to anything that I'm aware of.
22:00
Speaker 2
It's good. OK. Alright. Now, um, I see. Now, I'd like you to power on the child node now, Bob. Alright. Now, just like the parent node earlier, right, uh, it's going to reboot, uh, in two minutes. Now, Bob, uh, I'm sure there is a desktop that we can use, right? Is that going to be for a wired connection or you want to use that as a Wi-Fi? OK. Now, um, uh, I'm sure you know how to [silence]
22:00
Speaker 1
Look what happened to the Wi-Fi. I do not. I'm not. I'm not good at this stuff. So do you want me do you want me to do anything with this node or do I need to go to the computer? It's blinking red right now.
23:00
Speaker 2
hook that up to the Wi-Fi, right? Just like your phone earlier. you went to the settings, go to Wi-Fi, see that Balop, set the name, join to it, enter the password. Do you know how to that uh to do that on the desktop, sir? To connect it to the Wi-Fi? Okay. It's okay. It's okay, there. I just want to know. For now, we're going to stick to that child node. I thought we can do that quickly, but it's okay. The child node, is it on blinking red or solid blue right now? Okay. Now, we're going to do the same reset process earlier to the parent node, okay? You're going to press and hold it. Don't let go. The light will flicker again.
23:00
Speaker 1
Okay [silence] okay gone black gone black gone black gone black All right. Solid blue. [silence]
24:00
Speaker 2
the light will be off, but when you see the solid blue, let go of the reset button. Okay, we're gonna wait for two minutes again and just like the parent node, uh, you should be seeing a purple, um, after two minutes. Now, you just reset the child node, um, uh, Bob, how far is the child node to the parent node, sir? OK can you move the child now away from the parents like two feet without unplugging the power cord? perfect. Now, uh we're going to wait for it. It's going to um go it's rebooting right now.
24:00
Speaker 1
We'll make it right. Schedule yours today at. All right. It looks like we're. back to pink on that one. All right. It's fading in and out white. Nope. It's still just sitting. So. Now it's blinking pink.
26:00
Speaker 2
Okay, Now Bob, this is where we go back to the parent node K? Now I'd like you to do the five press method again to the parent node. Just up. it's five times. just like you uh, did it earlier. And let me know if it's denser. We're going to look at the child node sir. is it now a blinking blinking red? Perfect. now I was waiting for that because I will start a timer and we're going to wait for 6 minutes
26:00
Speaker 1
six minutes all right I copy of the bottom of it okay No, I don't uh I don't know it [silence] Okay. Picture is taken. [silence] Taking a live look outside, the commission officials expect precipitation and some long-needed rain to begin today. [silence]
27:00
Speaker 2
All right. Thank you, sir. Now going back to the child note, sir, is it still blinking purple or is it now blinking red or it is now a blinking blue? Okay.
28:00
Speaker 1
uh... uh... [silence] red. Oh no, it just blinked to blue and it's sitting on solid blue now. Okay. It's a Windows 10.
29:00
Speaker 2
Is the, uh, child node still blinking red, sir. We're going go wait 3 minutes more, sir, okay. Well anyway, uh, yeah, uh, lets go to your computer Bob. That's a desktop. Do you happen to know the operating system? Is that a Windows 10, Windows 11, or it's a Mac computer. Perfect. Okay. Cuz you already took a photo of the fastword then. Let's connect that one. Cuz uh what's happening is that the Wi-Fi name that's being broadcast, um, it
29:00
Speaker 1
Uh, the Wi-Fi name for the computer? I have no idea. It's not something I ever need, so it's not something I ever use.
30:00
Speaker 2
The network is the default name. I'm sure when this issue happen, you have a Wi-Fi name and a password already in the, in that network, right? Do you have a copy of it, sir, or you know it by heart? And for your network, sir, just like this. Let me simplify this. Let's say if you go to Starbucks and you want to connect to your you want to connect to the Wi-Fi of Starbucks, you have to look for your Wi-Fi name in Starbox. Now, since you have a router, sir, you can actually customize a Wi-Fi name on your own. Do you know or do you remember your Wi-Fi name? Okay. It's okay. We can customize it later, okay? Anyway, let me know if you're on the computer.
30:00
Speaker 1
Okay. Um, what uh, what do you want me to do? I'm here at the computer now. Do I need to close it? Do I do I need to close everything? Yeah, any windows that I've opened up? Okay. Everything's closed. Yeah. Lower left, yeah. [silence]
31:00
Speaker 2
All right, just to eliminate confusion, I don't know what uh I don't know what are they, but close them all of them, sir. Okay, now Windows 10 has a start button. Usually it's the uh it's the one, um the four blue boxes right there. That's the start button. Lower left. Okay, click on that one.
31:00
Speaker 1
Okay, settings system. Click on it. Oh, let's see. All right. All right. Yes. Uh, let me click on it. Um, Setup C69. Yes, it's here.
32:00
Speaker 2
and then. Go to. Settings. and then. Go to. Network and internet. [silence] and then. Go to. Wi-Fi or wireless. Right. and you. Should have their. Show available networks. [silence] Do you see your. Wi-Fi name right there? I mean, the development name uh. Connect to it. [silence]
32:00
Speaker 1
You mean like click on it? Uh, well, I clicked on it and it's got, uh, connect automatically, the box next to that is checked. And then there is a connect button. Go ahead and hit the connect button. Okay. Now it wants to know, enter this network security key. Uh, so from the picture. Uh, so I'm looking for the, that would be the password? Security key.
33:00
Speaker 2
joined to it, sir, basically. [silence] uh, yes, click the connect button, sir. that's the one that you took a photo.
33:00
Speaker 1
P C G H K. P C G H K. B M Y C. B M Y U C. P C G H K, B M Y U C, B M Y U C, okay. Now hit next. Okay, do you want to allow your PC to be discoverable by other PCs and devices on this network? We recommend that you allow it, so yes. Okay, connected, secured, it says.
34:00
Speaker 2
That what it be the password sir? Yes sir. Allow it. Okay. All right. Now Bob you're actually online right
34:00
Speaker 1
Okay, there's that and that opened up. Yep, so far seems to be working. Actually, I think we could go ahead and leave it like that. That way, if I happen to think of it, I can go look at the bottom of the note and see it, find it on there.
35:00
Speaker 2
Now, okay. If you open a browser there and try YouTube.com and play a video, you should be able to. Okay. Now Bob, like I said, the name Bell Fiber Flet, this is a default name. This is already in the device. Now you can personalize that name to whatever you want. You can name it Bob, Bob's fleet network, it's up to you. Would you like to change that, or leave it like that, sir? [silence] Okay. Actually that's one of the reasons
35:00
Speaker 1
Okay, so uh the uh period mode is done and ready and they can be put back in its spot, right? Right, yeah. I'm just putting it back in its little spot right next to where I'm working, no, no, no.
36:00
Speaker 2
it manufactured it like that sir, but, uh, there are other users out there that want to have a fancy name or a network name on its own but, well, um, our next step Bob is uh, we're going to grab the child node. I'm sure that child node has its previous location. You're going to place it there. Let it reboot for two minutes. Wait for solid blue then that should be good. Uh, hold on to that. I was saying the child node but the parent node stays where it it it is now. That should be always wired to the modem sir. Okay. Oh, okay. I thought you want to transfer it to a different location but the the child node,
36:00
Speaker 1
it's the it's the yeah yeah it stays plugged in there child node goes to a different part of the house so okay it's in place and plugged in you said give it how many minutes
37:00
Speaker 2
That child note, you can relocate that. Yes. [silence] Just two minutes, sir. Now, Bob, why doesn't rebooting and uh I
37:00
Speaker 1
Let's see 24, 25 feet maybe that's through the wall. Uh one uh on an angle there one angle there and then one one of them is actually uh going through a closet. There is a closet. No, there [silence]
38:00
Speaker 2
if you're going to draw a straight line where the parent node is right now, okay? Uh, how far do you think is that Bob? Just a rough estimate, okay? I see. Through the wall. Actually, that's my next question. Uh, how many walls, uh, in between, sir? I see. And, um, I'm, I'm hearing three, okay? Uh, are they, except for the closet, okay? Uh, these walls, are they thick or thin, sir? Or what are they made of? Is it concrete or made of?
38:00
Speaker 1
Yeah, it's just T-rack walls, regular T-rack walls with two by fours. Plus they're, plus they're, I don't know if it matters, but there is also a doorway there that I don't know how things flow. If it flows in a straight line or if there's a doorway it's my bedroom door, it is always open. Let me climb up here and see. Yes, it's solid. Nope, nope. It just blank to red. And it's sitting on red right now. And it just blank to blue.
39:00
Speaker 2
It's okay. That doorway, is that going to be always open or it's going be ummm close ummm some you know some other times. I see. All right, perfect. Anyway, let's go back to that child node. And ummm is it solid blue now? Okay just give it one minute more. I was at 800.
39:00
Speaker 1
It blinked blue again. [silence] No. No. Still sitting on blue. Yeah. No, right, right after I said that, it changed it and it changed to blue. So it's been blue for about 10, 12 s at least now. Uh, no, uh, you got, you seem to have things up and running. Let me go look at this. Was there anything else that you needed me to do on the computer here as far as, uh, you know, anything else that you needed to do on there or is that, uh, all you needed?
40:00
Speaker 2
Oh, it's blue now. Sorry, I thought you said it's red. But Bob is... Okay. Well, Bob, you're actually up and running right now. I mean the nodes, okay? Is there anything else that I can help you today?
40:00
Speaker 1
Actually, you'd be wrong about that. Oh, no, actually. I haven't looked it to see about my I've got a Roku Stick. That, you know, that's how I get to, that's how I get to Netflix and Prime. That's, do I need to do anything there or should I just go ahead and while you're here, plug, get that on and see if.
41:00
Speaker 2
well uh for the computer it's all set okay I just want to know if you have internet uh in comparison to the lead status of the per cent uh you said earlier it was solid blue but there's no internet and right now it's solid blue but the desktop is able to get internet and so as your phone sir I'm sure you have other devices in the in the house Bob you can reconnect them and they should be able to go to online right away mm-Hm um I'm not trained for Roku uh is that a
41:00
Speaker 1
It's a streaming stick. It's how a lot of people get access to, uh, Netflix, Prime, you know, all those different streaming services through the Roku stick. Well, I just pulled it up and it shows, it says here, not connected to the internet, uh, but then it shows, uh, set up connection, so I guess I'll go to that and see what it's talking about.
42:00
Speaker 2
streaming? Uh, what is that uh all about Bob? Um--- I see. Well, Bob, I can walk you through with a computer. I do that every day to the phone but how do you connect this TV to the network? Uh, I'm sure you have your Wi-Fi name and your Wi-Fi password. The one um you can uh, the one that you take a photo. How do you enter that to the Roku server? Do you have to um use the remote control or how do you do that? Because that's the only thing that needs to be done. I see.
42:00
Speaker 1
Your, your. Well, actually, I guess there's a button there to set it up. It says your Roku player is currently not connected to the Internet. To set up connection, select wireless. Choose your network. Yeah. Okay wireless scan looking for wireless networks. Uh, no, here it says, okay, so there it shows sound bar setup and then below that is Belop setup C69. That's where I need to go, right? Okay. get that. Now enter network password. So there again I need to go back to that password again, right?
43:00
Speaker 2
Okay, I'm just following my instincts here. Set up. Okay, so it's setting up right now. We're going to go to Wireless, Bob. Yep, I guess this mode is Wireless. We're going to go there. Mm-hm. Just like your phone on the da and also the desktop, sir. We're going to select that name. Yes. Exactly. This is a... pause relatable to all the devices that we have about yeah any Wi-Fi devices [silence]
43:00
Speaker 1
See. Okay. And I guess go down to connect. Yeah, connecting to velet setup C69. I haven't had to mess with this thing in forever. Um now it has, uh, about, and check connection, setup connection, bandwidth saver. I guess, uh, go to about? Or check, or do I need to check connection? And test your network to see if there're better network.
45:00
Speaker 2
Uh huh. Well, I'm trying for it, Bob, but just like we did to your test app, we opened YouTube just to test it. How do you test this one? I guess you open Netflix and play a movie. How do you do that?
45:00
Speaker 1
For the others no I don't want to do that. I just want to go to about let's just see what that is. Come on now. Well it's not going anywhere. Well okay now, so here we're back. Let me go to let's just go to Netflix. Okay. That looks uh I'll run into mine. I can do this. I can kick this on my own.
46:00
Speaker 2
Mm-hmm. I hear it. It's playing now.

Yeah. Yeah, it seems to be up and running. So, um. No. I'm glad you made me, you know, think about what else there was here. So otherwise I'd have been sitting there looking at that and said, okay, now what? So yeah, you, you seem to have taken care of everything. Uh, I guess whenever, whenever I have, you know, something's not working. I need to leave the routers alone and and and check and find out if we have, uh, actual uh service, if the service has got an issue first. So I should probably not mess with the routers because if the service goes out and then they get it back running again, the routers are.

All right, well, um, all I can say is that congratulations for both of us, Bob. Anyway, um, uh, is there, uh, anything else that I can help you today, sir? Questions or, Hello? Okay.

They're still okay? as long as I don't mess with them, right.

The idea, Bob, is correct, but let me correct the terms, okay? Um, the modem is the source of the internet, okay? Uh, the parent node and child node are pass-through device. So, before doing anything on the parent node and child node, check the modem first. There are two things that you can do. It's either you call your internet service provider, check the connection from the modem, and the second way, which I prefer, okay, remove the parent node from the modem and wire the computer directly to the modem. Check if you have internet that way. Then you can mess up with the parent node and child node. But if, the computer is not online directly to the modem, call first your internet service provider, and once they've fixed it, okay, and you're online when your computer is wired to the modem,

Yeah. So, uh, anytime, okay, anytime you mess with the reset button, then you're messing with the, with all the works. What if I just, if it's turning the thing, you know, there's an on-off button on the bottom of that thing, turning that on and off, is that kind of the same as unplugging it and plugging it back in? Right. Yeah.

You can connect the parent board back to the modem, and, um, it should be online right away, because, uh, you did not reset that. The configuration is still there. Exactly. Mm-hmm. Exactly. Ah, technical term for that, we call it power cycle. Okay. Just to re-boot the device. But if you push that reset button, the one that you- pushed earlier, is gonna erase all the existing configuration, and you have to start from the beginning. Mm-hmm.

But leave the dang reset button alone. Okay. Okay. All right. That's good to know. That way I uh, you know for any future uh situations, uh, I need to leave a note there and uh tell myself like like you would for a kid. Do not touch reset button. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Uh, yes. If it needs to reset, then that's the time that we are going to reset. But that would be the last thing that we are going to think of. [silence] You reminded me of my previous customer before. He was calling about a Wi-Fi password. And he was so frustrated. And then I was able to help him to provide the Wi-Fi password. And he said,"I will have this Wi-Fi password tattooed in my arm so that I won't forget it." All right. Anyway.
