03:00
Speaker 2
Working. How about the, how about the child node? Both solid purple. Okay, I see. So the parent are the solid blue and working, but the two child nodes are both solid purple. And may I ask, did you attempt to reset the devices before contacting us for support? Okay. And for the set up processor, can you please move the two child nodes closer or same room with the parent node? Good. Two inches. Can you please move?
03:00

Press release, press release, press release, press release, press release. Okay, that's good. It's setting up. but please keep on observing it and wait three to five minutes for the node to fully boot up and then set up.
04:00
Speaker 1

05:00
Speaker 2
How about the child node? Okay. It's a good sign. It's going to set up. So keep on observing it for three to five minutes, Edward. Okay? Thank you. And let me just confirm. Yes, of course. And while waiting, let me just confirm your email. It's michon Okay. So we just wait for both child nodes to turn solid blue. [silence]
05:00
Speaker 1
The one child is blinking red. The other one was still purple, but the one that was still purple was maybe too far away, so I moved it closer.
06:00
Speaker 2
**Unknown:** Do the child nodes are both blinking [silence] that Suff? [silence] **Woman:** Yes. **Unknown:** Okay.
06:00
Speaker 1

07:00
Speaker 1
my base is solid blue. uh, uh, the other one just turned purple. uh, it's like two feet. but again, I moved it in the middle of this process. so that might be part of the problem. okay. two, three, four, five.
08:00
Speaker 2
and the other one. Okay. Now, how far it is from the parents no darts. The one that is steady purple. Really? Uh-huh. Yeah, but yeah, it's okay. Go back to the parent note press release the reset pattern five times within five seconds again.
08:00
Speaker 1
Okay, now the one that was purple is what solid purple is now flashing purple. Now it's red. Yeah, What caused the issue? So, I I don't know what caused this. So it it all started with um my um Alexa device wasn't um acting properly. So uh [silence]
09:00
Speaker 2
Okay, that's good. It's setting up. And while waiting for the last node to set up. Uh, may I ask what might cause the Asia is there power outage? Yeah, possibly caused the issue for the child node to disconnect. [silence]
09:00
Speaker 1
I went and unplugged my router and my, what do you call it, you know, I just unplugged the whole system and replugged it back in to reboot it to see if it would, you know, connect back up properly. And when I did that, then my Linksys system disconnected from my modem, from the Xfinity modem, and I lost connection. And then I was able to reestablish the connection between the parent node and the modem, but the child nodes were then disconnected from the. So I guess to say what caused it was this un plugging plugging backin you know like a a reset [silence] um the the second one is still blinking red oh no it just turned blue yep now yep now it's solid blue but I'm not sure that I I have internet right now though
10:00
Speaker 2

12:00
Speaker 1
Okay. I there that one's flash blue. [silence]
13:00
Speaker 2
And once it's relocated, sir, you need to wait three to five minutes again. So three up to five minutes for the nodes to reconnect. You need to do anything. All you need to do is to wait and observe, OK? That's good. So let me know once you are both solid blue.
13:00
Speaker 1
OK, the first one just went solid blue. 1, 3, 5, 7, 70. And the second one just went solid blue.
15:00
Speaker 2
