V2 Grader Summary

The agent successfully resolved the mesh node pairing and Wi-Fi configuration issues through correct use of resets, the 5-press method, and web interface access. While technical accuracy was high and ownership strong, limited empathy and minor inefficiencies in reducing customer effort prevent full marks on experience indicators. The outcome was a confirmed resolution with customer satisfaction.

V1 Case Analysis

Customer Marnie Segura reported MX2000 child nodes blinking red and Wi-Fi rename issues. Agent instructed node resets (20s hold), 5-press pairing on parent, accessed router UI via 192.168.1.1 (with HTTPS confusion), changed SSID to 'Guru'. Nodes achieved solid blue and new network functional. Issue resolved.

Troubleshooting Steps
  • Confirmed parent node status (solid blue)
  • Reset each child node (20s hold on reset button)
  • Performed 5-press pairing on parent MX2000
  • Guided access to router UI via 192.168.1.1, bypassed browser security warning
  • Changed Wi-Fi SSID and password in Wi-Fi Settings
Key Observations
  • Agent provided technically inaccurate guidance on HTTPS/HTTP access, suggesting to toggle 'S' in URL (contradicts KB).
  • Agent did not verify internet connectivity on parent node before initiating node-pairing steps (protocol miss).
  • Long silences and repeated instructions reduced efficiency despite eventual resolution.
  • Agent correctly applied 5-press pairing method for MX2000 nodes (per KB).
  • Successfully resolved both node pairing and SSID change requests with customer confirmation.
Positive Highlights
  • Correctly identified and applied the 5-press pairing method for MX2000 nodes (per universal_mesh_node_management.md).
  • Successfully guided customer through factory reset of child nodes using proper duration (20 seconds) as per KB.
  • Accurately explained the difference between router admin password and Wi-Fi password.
  • Confirmed final resolution with customer and verified nodes achieved solid blue status.
  • Provided clear instructions for relocating nodes one at a time after pairing.
Agent Errors / Gaps
  • Provided incorrect technical guidance on accessing router UI: suggested toggling 'S' in URL (e.g., https://192.168.1.1) which is not supported per KB. Correct method is to bypass browser warning when accessing http://192.168.1.1.
  • Did not verify internet connectivity on parent node before initiating node-pairing steps (should have confirmed WAN status first).
  • Gave ambiguous instructions during web UI access phase, leading to customer confusion and repeated attempts.

V2 Indicator Ratings

Resolution
R1 Met Issue actually resolved conf 98%
Customer confirms at the end: 'Blue, it went blue, red, blue. So we're all good.' and expresses gratitude, indicating full resolution.
R2 Met Diagnostic thoroughness conf 95%
Agent guides through factory reset of child nodes, 5-press method on parent, access to web UI, and Wi-Fi reconfiguration — all relevant and logical steps.
R3 Met Correct resolution path conf 93%
Agent proceeds with full troubleshooting without referencing warranty status; resolves configuration issue appropriately for the situation.
Technical Accuracy
T1 Met Technically accurate info conf 92%
Agent identifies parent node is solid blue (online), child nodes blinking red (offline), asks about proximity, and follows a structured diagnostic path.
T2 Met Appropriate tools / resources used conf 90%
Agent correctly uses physical reset button, 5-press method (valid for MX2000), and guides to local web interface (192.168.1.1 and myrouter.local) to verify and change settings.
T3 Partially Met No misinformation conf 85%
Agent states 'admin password and router password is the same' — while colloquially used interchangeably, this contradicts KB documentation where 'admin password' refers to web UI login and 'router password' may be misinterpreted; other guidance is accurate.
Communication
C1 Partially Met Clear & professional language conf 82%
Agent maintains general control but has multiple long silences, unclear transitions (e.g., sudden shift to web login), and repetitive 'wait' prompts without clear framing.
C2 Met Confirmed understanding conf 88%
Agent uses accessible language, confirms understanding ('Did you try opening a web browser?'), and adapts to customer’s device limitations (phone/iPad).
Customer Ownership
O1 Met Ownership & empathy conf 97%
Agent owns the case end-to-end, does not transfer, and follows through on all commitments despite technical hurdles.
O2 Met Proactive follow-through conf 91%
Agent sets clear next steps: reset nodes, wait up to 7 minutes, use 5-press, access web UI, change Wi-Fi name/password — and confirms completion.
O3 Not Applicable Closure confirmation conf 99%
No prior case history referenced; confirmed first-time contact for this issue.
Escalation Judgment
E1 Met Correct escalation decision conf 96%
No escalation needed — agent correctly resolves issue through on-call troubleshooting; decision not to escalate is appropriate.
E2 Not Applicable Escalation prep & handoff conf 100%
No escalation performed and none was warranted.
Customer Experience
X1 Partially Met Customer effort minimised conf 85%
Agent says 'You're welcome' and is polite, but never explicitly acknowledges customer frustration, repeated attempts, or emotional state; lacks empathetic phrasing like 'I understand this has been difficult.'
X2 Partially Met Tone & rapport conf 80%
Agent uses 'ma’am' and remains patient, but does not adjust pace or simplify further when customer struggles with URL entry or password recovery.
X3 Partially Met Overall experience conf 82%
Customer repeats information (e.g., Wi-Fi name, password, URL) multiple times; agent could have reduced effort by pre-emptively guiding to myrouter.local or consolidating steps.

At my home, we have AT&T fiber internet and for some reason, I'm having a hard time. I don't know why. Let me look. Is it the model number or what am I looking for? Oh, yeah, I see. We don't have any idea. Have to make it bigger. It is 50D10M28C01272.
01:00
Speaker 2
Okay.
01:00
Speaker 1
Thank you. Extra money. We have three. Well, they all have different senior numbers. Um, I believe so. I don't know if I've called before. Marnie, M-A-R-N-I-E. And the last name is Segura, S-E-G-U-R-A. M-A-R-N-I-E S-E-G-U-R-A.
02:00
Speaker 2
a total of links, this devices you have, man? It's just a first time, man. You called linksistrook. Okay, let me create first. I'm going to create first a record for you so we can have a case record for you. Maybe your first name and last name, please. How about email address?
02:00
Speaker 1
[silence] Is she saying. No. Mm. I. Yes, it's solid blue. Is that all you mean?
03:00
Speaker 2
Let me create first a record. Give me just two minutes, okay? All right, for your Linksys device, ma'am, main know if did you put already a parent node that that will be connected wired to your modem? Okay. May know what's the light indicator showing. Okay, solid. Solid blue. So
03:00
Speaker 1
Well, the child notes are right by it. That's going plugged in to just a wall outlet, and they're both looking red. So I didn't know the the blue parent note. Is that connected or no? Yeah, it says you can't find your router. I don't know why. [silence]
04:00
Speaker 2
As of the moment, you don't have an internet or are you trying to add your child nodes? Thinking red. Um, yes, ma'am. For the device that you have MX2000, uh, Blue light means that it does have already an internet. It is already connected to the internet. You were not able Have you tried to uh, check if there can be internet. Uh, if you're currently using a Linkss app ma'am, unfortunately, the Linkss app is no longer uh, reliable. So, if you wanted to access your routers,
04:00
Speaker 1
Okay, so, so links of the app doesn't work, so I can delete it is what you're telling me. Okay. That's a bummer. Sorry. The one that's connected is the 70 Fl. Let me see if that if I connect that one. Okay, that one's connected. So now my child ones are not connected. So I'll select one. Oh, go ahead. [silence] Okay. The one that's connected is the 70 Fl. Let me see if that if I connect that one. Okay, that one's connected. So now my child ones are not [silence] So I'll select one. Oh, go ahead.
05:00
Speaker 2
So would it be fine that you can try go ahead. Yes. Correct. Would it be fine that you could try to go to your settings and then check your Wi-Fi names there, so that you can connect and check if you have internet. Yeah, it's okay.
05:00
Speaker 1
Yeah. My, yes. Well, are they all Velup set up or do you want my like main Wi-Fi name? Like the fiber thing? It's called Velup. Set up A75. Oh. Yes. Well, it's a set up Wi-Fi name. Velup set up A75. That's the one that's solid blue and it looks like it's working. Right. It just kind of it's a so WIFI. Okay.
06:00
Speaker 2
Okay. Okay. Do you see there- your Wi-Fi name? What's the Wi-Fi name? The parent node. No, the parent node is that the one that is showing at the bottom of the screen that's the Wi-Fi name. Yes. Each of your nodes, ma'am, have uh designated Wi-Fi name. Okay. So, you're connected to that Wi-Fi Wi-Fi name right now, correct? Okay. So all you're just needing to do is to create
06:00
Speaker 1
[KEEP_UNCERTAIN] well I did it didn't work um no or I thought I did it wrong. So if if it's like something oh gosh I had it earlier what is it what is the web browser? Oh yeah it works yes for sure I thought you were talking about yeah. I have them right next to it because it said to set them up that way. Um it's like yeah like two feet
07:00
Speaker 2
have you tried opening a web browser to check if you have an internet? [silence] it it did not work? [silence] any web browser that requires internet you can try to go to YouTube. [silence] so so it worked. [silence] Okay. So currently you do have an internet. Now for the child nodes that you have there ma'am, how far is this from the parent node since you're going to add them? [silence] is it at least two to three feet from the parent node?
07:00
Speaker 1
They're pretty close. They're blinking red, correct? [silence] So 1 is solid blue right now.
08:00
Speaker 2
Okay, alright. Okay. Now since the child node shows, it's blinking red, you can try to reset each node one at a time, hold and press the reset button for 20 seconds. Yes, 20 seconds. [silence] Were you able to reset them?
08:00
Speaker 1
and it is 31. it's asking me to put the password in. what password do I put in? Do I put in lock? It went. well it says join nas setup 931 Enter the password to join this Wi-Fi network. Okay, okay. All right. And then Then they're like they're both blinking blue but child one.
09:00
Speaker 2
Where? [silence] Where? No. You don't need to connect to any Wi-Fi other than the parent node because you only need to be connected to the parent node. So, after you reset each device for 20 seconds, the device should turn into solid purple or magenta.
09:00
Speaker 1
[silence]
10:00
Speaker 2
It's okay, ma'am. Uh, supposed to be, your whole system only have one Wi-Fi name, the one that shows for the parent node. That's the only Wi-Fi name. After we add them, they're still not added. Okay. Not yet. It should turn blue if they're connected. Now, in the in the parent in the parent node ma'am, can we go to the parent node and then in the parent node, can we click the reset button five times, like one press for one second. [silence] Not too fast. so not too fast. Uh, not too fast, please. Which one? Is it the parent mode? Okay. Just give it some time. How about the child nodes? How about the child nodes? Okay, let's wait for them. for a maximum waiting time of seven minutes. So both device, if you were able to apply the five press method correctly, they'll turn solid blue. If not, we're going to reset and reconfigure it again.
10:00
Speaker 1
Did I lose you?
12:00
Speaker 2
Just give it some time man waiting time maximum seven minutes.
12:00
Speaker 1
They're still flashing red. [silence] one turned [silence] oh yeah, that one did. the other one's still flashing red. [silence] okay, that one, that child one was connected, I think. [silence]
13:00
Speaker 2
how is it right now mom what the lithium aggregator showing for your child nodes okay good sometime okay and then it will turn to red and then back to blue for final light okay wait
13:00
Speaker 1
I did. Uh, I think I want to change the Wi-Fi name and password. Okay, that one went blue, but now it's going to go blue and red, right? You said. Okay, went red. Okay, now it's blue.
14:00
Speaker 2
Let's wait for the other child. For your, uh, did you happen to delete your Lynx the app, ma'am, or not yet. Okay, all right. Then we'll try to log in using the Lynx the web interface later. Uh, do you want the Wi-Fi name to be the same with the parent node or do you want to change the Wi-Fi name and the Wi-Fi password? Okay. Yes. Uh-huh. Okay. Okay. Great. So, for your phone, um.
14:00
Speaker 1
Probably just my phone, because I don't have a laptop. Yeah, but it's already connected, actually. All right. Okay. Um, I'm sorry.
15:00
Speaker 2
Since you're, you're going to use the phone right to log into the web interface or you want to use the computer or laptop? Okay. All right. So in your phone, kindly try first to connect to the Linksys developed set up A75 WiFi name. Okay. So if it's connected already, kindly try to open a browser. All right. So in the browser, in the URL box, you put there a default IP address that's 192.168.1.1. Yeah, 192.168.1.1.
15:00
Speaker 1
That didn't work. It said the error was navigation failed because the request was for an HTTP URL with HTTPS only enabled. [silence] Sorry, but it's private, so should I go out to private? Well, let me try it again. 192.168.1.1. It says it's an HTTP URL with HTTPS only enabled.
16:00
Speaker 2
Can you try to put HTTPS there at the top?
16:00
Speaker 1
Do I type and then a semi colon? 192.1.1.1 Oh focus thing. Yeah, which is down because it's saying let's let's either HTTP. Yes, I don't. But still back to forward slashes.
17:00
Speaker 2
Yeah. https colon 24 slash. the same? bowl with remove the remove the S. Yeah, http colon 24 slash. Yeah, http colon.
17:00
Speaker 1
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, it's a bit desynchal, yeah, sorry. Same thing. Um, I need some, I just use the phone, but can download something else. What would you recommend home? Uh, silence.
18:00
Speaker 2
and then two forward slash. Uh, C. colon, not semi-colon. Tim, do you happen to have any, uh, other, uh, browser that we can use? Uh, you can try Chrome. Google Chrome.
18:00
Speaker 1
So, let me just try one nine two, one six eight . It's working. Well, I mean, it's going very slow. Hold on. 192.168.1.1 oops, one, two, right? 192, right? 192 was just taking forever to load. There's like a little dot. I can go try I can use try using my iPad. pull that off. site can't be reached is currently unreachable. that it said on my phone. Thanks for being patient.
19:00
Speaker 2
Mm-hmm. Yes, 192.168.1.1. Yeah, you can try also the iPad ma'am. Okay, it's okay ma'am. Uh, we want to make sure that you could be able to enjoy your, Actually, your Lennox devices already has an internet. However, before we relocate your nodes, we wanna make sure that we can change first your wi-fi name and wi-fi password. Connect first your iPad, man. Yeah, good hour Wi-Fi.
20:00
Speaker 1
Why is it so slow? No, the URL can't be shown. Safari can't open this page. I can try. What's it called? My router. Okay, that's fine. I'm getting one. Okay. That came up. I said, why am I getting a warning when I tried to access my router settings in a browser?
22:00
Speaker 2
Okay. Okay, can you try instead myrouter.local? Mmmm, myrouter.local. Okay. Do you have an error, uh, browser error showing there? Connection is not private? Uh uh, okay. Okay, do you have an option there? Advanced. Continue
22:00
Speaker 1
[silence] [silence] [silence] this connection is not financial. It's saying that it's not I of it. And then I pass continue, and I say, this website may be impersonating my local my router.local to steal your person arm on. You should go back to the previous page. [silence] [silence] same download you got this upta [silence] Okay.
23:00
Speaker 2
you continue, show more. Continue, yeah. You can just bypass that. You can just continue or any options there that you can click so you can forward to the web page. Continue and save. It's okay, ma'am. You'll have an option there that you can continue to the website.
23:00
Speaker 1
okay the last part it says just to download the app but it's not allowing me to go any further so uh no let me try um yeah but um yeah I'm just gonna um let me try um let me go home on my iPad I'm um using the iPad now my local what is it called my local um um I'm at
24:00
Speaker 2
No options there to continue to the link to SmartWiFi. [silence] So you have a picture there, a QR code, right? There's a picture of a phone and a QR code. [silence] Is that correct? [silence] Just double tap the picture. [silence] You can just double tap the picture, ma'am, so that it will route you to the webpage. [silence] Are you using an iPad or a phone?
24:00
Speaker 1
their page is also not loading. I think it's a, I don't think it's true. Like, no, there's nothing that all they have are the QR codes for the app store and Google Play. Yeah, it just makes it bigger. Oh wait. I got it to access router. I need the router password. all right. So what you
25:00
Speaker 2
they have an option that you can click can you click the picture twice uh can you try your your iPad ma'am uh there is a settings there in the in the page that you're going to switch it into uh Windows mode okay try to use the router password you don't need to log in using email and password because it's not anymore uh accessible
26:00
Speaker 1
Loader password, do I put in for the Velo 75 one? No, I just use the one that was on the bottom of the linksys. Oh yeah, that too. Okay. Okay, so now it says reset administrator password, but it's asking for the recovery key. So should I type that in? Yeah. Okay, that's bad.
27:00
Speaker 2
Did you create a router password when you set up the device? OK. Can you try to use that router password or you can do you have an option there to reset? OK, you can just reset so you can create a new one. So for router password, this is your password when you are going to log in to the Linksys if you want to change something or check your Linksys devices. Yeah, recovery key indicated at the bottom of the parent zone.
27:00
Speaker 1
All right. Administrator password. Um, rows of Eisenhower? Uh-huh. okay. Uh-huh. 3SH. Okay. Need the whole thing. Uh, 3 E-free 8 C. Oh, D. Yep. Got it. Okay. So now, log in again. So online, my phone, log in. Oh, okay. Oh, it's logged in. We'll close it. Log in again. Yeah. Well, where did it go? Shoot. Okay. Yeah, got it. Okay. So it's, it's, it says network status connected. Links is home networking. Guest, guest access, parental controls, device lists, Wi-Fi settings, priority. [silence]
28:00
Speaker 2
how was it mom were you able to create a router password okay then try to log in no in the iPod Okay are you are you in the dashboard already okay it
29:00
Speaker 1
Yep. Okay. WI-FI settings. View and change WI-FI settings. Mm-hmm. So why am I changing the password again if I already had it- changed? Because this is for the, this is, that was for the original, right? About you. Mm-hmm. Okay.
30:00
Speaker 2
want to they're right all of the information do you see the Wi-Fi settings? OK, can you try to click that one, please? So, if you're already in the Wi-Fi settings, do you see there the Wi-Fi name and Wi-Fi password? OK, you can change the Wi-Fi name and Wi-Fi password. As I've mentioned, Router password is different from Wi-Fi password. Router password is your login credential. Wi-Fi password is the Wi-Fi's password.
30:00
Speaker 1
Okay, so, so I don't want to get it wrong. So my Wi-Fi settings, now I'm changing. And my Wi-Fi password is different from that administrative administrative password. They're updating Wi-Fi settings.
31:00
Speaker 2
Yes, admin password and router password is the same. They are your login password. Wifi password is different. Make sure you save the wifi password and the wifi name. You can take a screenshot of that.
31:00
Speaker 1
Yeah. Yeah. Okay, so now it just says waiting. Thank you so much for your help. There's no way I could have figured this out. I kept thinking when it wasn't working, I thought, oh gosh, maybe you have to get new one.
32:00
Speaker 2
We're able to rename the Wi-Fi already. So, it's still, you can hit apply and then okay. You're welcome. You're welcome.
32:00
Speaker 1
Okay., Okay., Okay, good. All right, so, what I'm seeing- Well, it's still it says waiting, but I see that- Uh-oh. It said router not found. You are- Well, it says router not found, you are not connected to your router. Uh, wrong. Okay., I'm doing that on my phone., Uh, uh, iPad says it's router incorrect password. Why is it incorrect? Do I join Transcribe this audio from the channel. If there is silence or no speech, output only:
33:00
Speaker 2
No. Your, the, device is actually a good one. It, uh, does have a great aspects of connectivity. So, you don't need you have to, yet to upgrade. Okay. You can try to check, ma'am in your Wi-Fi setting. If you have seen the Wi-Fi. Okay. Okay. You can try now to check in the Wi-Fi settings, the Wi-Fi name that you've renamed earlier and you can connect. Okay. No problem. Uh, no problem. Um,
33:00
Speaker 1
minding that you I want to share. [silence] or incorrect [silence] password. [silence] Do I use the same [silence] password [silence] for [silence] the AT&T [silence] one? Okay. [silence] That's fine. I say it's not working. Yeah. [silence] to say your it's saying. [silence] to not going to dance. [silence] It's saying it's not connected to the router, but I don't know why. [silence]
34:00
Speaker 2
No, ma'am. AT&T is different. The Wi-Fi password that you are going to put is the one that you have created for Linksys.
34:00
Speaker 1
as it is connected. Okay, so then I should close in the iPad and go into the settings. And then go. Incorrect password. Why is it? Okay, now enter. No, I haven't. I just, I'm going to put it in again. I don't know why. [silence]
35:00
Speaker 2
it's okay it's pretty normal because you are disconnected once you rename the Wi-Fi from lynksys it will disconnect you in your iPad cause you need to connect to the new Wi-Fi name you've created yes you can minimize minimize the screen and then go to setting and find the Wi-Fi for lynksys did you not take a screenshot of it
35:00
Speaker 1
Okay, now let me go to my phone and see if it'll work. That works. Let me open the page. Yeah that works. Yay. Okay. So now I Well now now I can move the two child nodes wherever I want in the house. Let's go. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Uh
36:00
Speaker 2
All right, so, uh, huh, go ahead. Uh, yes, ma'am. You can actually, uh, unplug, uh, each. You can, uh, relocate them individually, one at a time, make sure that first one is turned on, wait for it to turn solid blue before proceeding to the last child node. Can we try that
36:00
Speaker 1
and then the parent node stays by the the AT&T one, right? Okay, yes, okay. So, let me try moving this, let me try moving a child. Yep, I'll only do one at a time. I'm gonna bring it into the room where my son-in-law is working. Hopefully, [silence]
37:00
Speaker 2
it would be attached wire to the to the Modem mm-hmm OK all right so one at a time.
37:00
Speaker 1
Wait, he's on a phone call. Sounds like he's on a phone call. Let me just put it, I'll put it over here. Don't want to bother him. Um, for sure. Wow. Okay. Okay, it's blue. Solid blue. Okay. Does it do blue, red, blue again? Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. It's doing the blame thing.
38:00
Speaker 2
So let's wait for it to turn solid blue before we turn on the last node. It's just booting yet Ma'am. So like two to three minutes the device should show solid blue.
38:00
Speaker 1
[silence] Okay, it's blinking red, is that okay? Okay good. Okay. [silence] It's still.
39:00
Speaker 2
[silence] uh- yes, Mom it's okay. Normal. How far, by the way, is this child note to the parent note?
39:00
Speaker 1
The apparent novice sees it, It must be, it should be, It should be further away.
40:00
Speaker 2
[silence]
40:00
Speaker 1
Oh, it just turned blue. Is that good? Oh, I just turned red. But solid. Now it's blue again. Okay. Now, can I move that to, like, where my son-in-law is doing his office work after he's off his zoom call? Okay. Will it go through the same? It'll do the same thing, it'll do the red flashing, blue, red, blue.
41:00
Speaker 2
there because they're yeah let's just give it some time okay, all right. that's already good, ma'am. you can now deploy the other child nodes. yes. yes, of course. you wait for it. correct. that's the pattern of the light.
41:00
Speaker 1
Okay, this is flashing blue right now. So every time, well not every time I don't go move these, but if I move it again just to reconfirm, it's going to do this whole process where it flashes the blue, turns red, or flat maybe flashes red and goes blue, red, blue. Is that correct? [silence] So when I open my phone up, [silence]

my networks it still says develop 75 but then is says the other network that I made. I thought the Veloop 75 was changed. Well there's. Well, I've got the one from AT&T and then it's that's for I should put it okay, I'm going to put it because that's the one I was connected to. So now I'm connected to I named it Guru G-U-R-U. Okay, it went away. But it was listed for velup and the Guru one were both listed. But now the the velup one away.

Um, if you could still recall, ma'am, when you visit Wi-Fi settings, there are two Wi-Fi name showing, right? Did you rename only the other one? mm-hmm.

Speaker 1

Because actually here's the thing for the links this device that you have you actually have a dual dual band. I guess it's a dual band for your device and for the dual band meaning to say you have a 2.4 wifi name and a two and a 5 gigahertz wifi. So when you went to wifi settings of your iPod both of your devices the both of your wifi name should be renamed the same so that you'll only have one wifi name that shows. So the one that you've renamed guru uh it's the 2.4 wifi name. If you will be able to see there the links is very upset up uh 75 uh A75 that's the 5 GWIFI. So moving forward, if you want if you have a devices such as printer, um uh switched or any doorbell, you can just connect to the guru uh the Wi-Fi. But if you want a faster speed of connectivity you can connect to the Linksys viloab, u h, setup a 75 Wi-Fi. that's a uh five gigahertz Wi-Fi. but it's limited only to closer. with uh I they might have a combination of 2.4 and 5 gigahertz Wi-Fi bands. mm. mm mm. faster. yes.

one is I want to add on like, like my smart my smart, what's it called? Um, washer and dryer. I'd add to that one. Okay, okay, got it. Okay. Blue, it went blue, red, blue. So we're all good. No, you are a rock star. Thank you. There's no way, no way I could have figured this out. And it's funny because I had my 21 year old try to do this and he's like, mom, I just can't figure it out, but he doesn't like to talk on the phone. So he wouldn't have been able to do it either, but thank you so very much. Appreciate it. Bye. Bye.

Yes, correct. Yes, those are only connected to .4. All right, so uh, what's the logic are you showing for the last child nodes? [silence] Okay. [silence] All [silence] right. Okay. [silence] That's good to hear. So, yes, ma'am, um anything else that you want me to assist you aside from this? [silence] Uh, okay. [silence] Hehehe. Uh, you're well you're welcome, ma'am. So again, ma'am, if you need an assistant, do not be worried. You have already your records here. Uh next representative will know uh all the information. You can just provide them any of your concern.
